Our Experience at Honda Center

The twelfth NHL arena we checked off our bucket list…

March 16th, 2018

We hopped in an Uber from LA to Anaheim!

I have this…tradition shall I say, to email each NHL Arenas Season Ticket Holder staff before we make our journey to their arena.

Dad and I were on a bit of a time crunch, driving into Anaheim from LA the day of the game. So, like the previous post we were glad that no one contacted us since we had lots to do in little time!

So, this is the first game that I goofed up…

I’m responsible for booking flights, hotels, and getting the tickets. And dad is the…financial backer shall I say.

We always find a hotel in walking distance to the arena and we sit Behind The Net where the Red Wings shoot on goal twice.

Well, let’s just say at this game, we sat on the opposite side of the arena.

Cut me some slack…

I had to book a 4 destination trip and I dropped the ball.

HOWEVER, it was still a BLAST.

& there was FOUR, yes FOUR fights this game!!

It was crazy and wild and energetic!

The Red Wings lost to the Ducks by a 4-2 score.

The Anaheim Ducks marked the 12th NHL Arena (the LA Kings being our eleventh) on our bucket list of attending Red Wings games at different NHL Arenas.

Next stop? Colorado
